I will guide you in the preparation and cooking of a range of curries or snacks. You will discover hints and tips on what can be prepared in advance, and on freezing for batch cooking. All classes would suit novices and enthusiasts alike. My speciality is vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Enjoy a class with a small group of friends or family, or a bespoke course can be designed for your individual needs. Classes can take place via Zoom or in person in my home in Newbury, or yours. I cover most places within a 30 mile radius from Newbury.
